Instant Gaming’s PayPal ID Check: After contacting IG about this, we learn that due to fraudulent orders, (resulting in PayPal reversing payments at a later date, costing IG the sale as well as products ordered) IG had no choice but to perform ID checks on first time PayPal customers.
